After-sales service evaluation of the national standard officially implemented

The China Business Confederation released the 2011 China Enterprise After-Sales Service Development Report. Zhang Zhigang, chairman of the China Business Federation, said that China's "Commodity After-sales Service Evaluation System" has been officially implemented.

The 2011 China Enterprise After-Sales Service Development Report released by the China Business Confederation pointed out that after-sales services in major industries such as home appliances, digital communications, and automobiles should be highly focused. The after-sales service problem of "home appliances to the countryside" has become increasingly apparent.

It is understood that seven companies such as Haier Group, Xiamen Airlines and Midea Household Electrical Appliances Group have become the first companies to pass the national standard "Commodity After-sales Service Evaluation System".

At the same time, the China Chamber of Commerce convenes the “National Service Evaluation System for After-sales Services” and the first “National Commercial Enterprise Brand Evaluation and Corporate Culture Construction Guide” two national public announcements. At the meeting, Huang Jianhua, director of the Consumer Protection Bureau of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, said that according to statistics from the national industrial and commercial administrative management system, the 12,315 consumer complaints and reporting network last year received a total of 846,100 consumer complaints. Among them, there were 165,500 complaints about after-sales service problems, an increase of 20.10% over the previous year.
