The innovations and features of zinc-refining furnace production and energy-saving technologies completed by Zhongjin Lingnan South Shaoguan Smelter and Central South University have the following innovations and features: (1) For the first time, the flow field, thermal field, and gas phase concentration field in the combustion chamber of a zinc rectification furnace are completed. The coupling of digital simulation and optimization of the operating parameters and structure of the combustion system; (2) The first experiment of the steam simulation of the condenser of the zinc rectification furnace and its structural optimization design; (3) The construction of the flue system The optimization model of the original smoke exhaust system was appropriately modified to effectively reduce the flue resistance.
Experts believe that the successful application of this technology has reduced the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the large-scale combustion space in zinc rectification furnaces from about 30 °C to 5 °C to 15 °C. In the case where the fuel calorific value is much lower than that of similar foreign production, the single furnace output reaches 36 tons. / d , the product can be reduced to 4,416 MJ / t .
