Oil pressure curve
The engine oil pressure has an idle speed requirement of not less than 1.5 bar, and is required to be 5 to 6 bar under normal working conditions. Because it is a high-speed engine, the pressure of the oil above 5000r/min must meet the design requirements, otherwise the lubrication, cooling, and oil film gaps are unfavorable and lead to accidents. In the oil pressure detection, it must be compared with the theoretical curve, as shown in Figure 4. In terms of fuel, due to the relatively high compression of 11.8, it is reasonable to use 97# gasoline.
2 Engine load heat run-in: Determine the rated power at the highest speed and the maximum torque of the engine. That is, under normal temperature conditions, the engine is fully opened, and the load is gradually increased, so that the engine is stabilized at the maximum torque, and the maximum torque value is measured. Loaded thermal running-in is to use the loading device of the test bench to run-in the engine loading speed, and the load is about 60% to 75% of the rated load of the engine. The purpose is to further improve the microscopic unevenness of the working surface of the friction pair, and whether the engine operates smoothly under various working conditions (loads). After the end of the engine heat running, the main parts must be dismantled, the cylinder pressure checked, the cylinders checked for tension and eccentric wear, the contact surface of the piston skirt should be checked for normal running, and the running surface of the piston ring and the cylinder should be worn. Not less than 90% of the external surface area, the opening gap of the ring is not more than 25% of the assembly clearance, checking the running-in condition of the main bearing and the connecting rod bearing, checking the cooperation of the friction pairs such as the cam and the tappet. After inspection, if abnormal phenomena are found, they should be eliminated and re-run if necessary.
After the engine is run-in, tested and adjusted, it must ensure good power performance, stable idle speed operation, economical fuel consumption, and normal accessories. That is, when the engine coolant temperature is normal, the cylinder pressure and oil pressure of the engine should meet the requirements; the engine should be able to start within 5 seconds under normal temperature, and the operation at low, medium and high speeds should be uniform and stable, and the water temperature should not exceed the limit; Acceleration performance is good, there should be no fire, carburetor tempering and muffler shooting; the engine emission limit should comply with the relevant regulations; after the engine is running stable, no piston knocking sound and piston pin, connecting rod bearing, Abnormal noise such as crankshaft bearings; engine should not have oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, leakage.
Test contents include engine overall assembly quality indicators, engine electrical development test pieces performance indicators, ignition start performance, idle speed performance, acceleration performance and stability, power, torque, fuel consumption. At the same time, the oil pressure and temperature, fuel pressure, cylinder temperature, intake pressure, crankshaft position sensor output amplitude phase signal, and magneto-motor output DC voltage are detected. Figure 5 shows the torque and power characteristics of the engine. After solving the reliability and durability, the gasoline engine only performs the ignition test during the mass production of the engine, and detects the oil pressure, the time required for the water temperature to reach the required time, and the idle speed. In the endurance, it is arranged 1 or 2 times a year for sampling inspection.
