Overwintering is the autumn seedlings that start in the spring and then go out in the spring. It takes a winter. You should choose a place where the leeward sun is sunny, the drainage is good, and the soil is wet. The direction of the ditch is perpendicular to the direction of the main wind in the local winter. The depth of the ditch is generally 1/2 of the height of the seedling, and the length is determined by the number of seedlings. One end of the ditch is made into a slope, and the seedlings are placed on the slope, one by one, and one row of seedlings is covered with a layer of soil. The depth of the cover soil is generally 1/2-2/3 of the height of the seedling, and at least the root system is buried in the soil at least. Inside, the cover soil should be solid, and the loose places should be stepped on and pressed. In addition, if the winter wind is large, the aerial parts of the fake seedlings should be covered with straw bags. If the stem of the seedling is susceptible to freezing damage, the stem can be completely buried in the soil before entering the winter.
Seedling storage
Storage refers to the controlled storage of seedlings in a manually controlled environment, and the time of planting can be mastered. Seedling storage is generally low temperature storage, temperature 0-3 ° C, air humidity 80% -90%, there must be ventilation equipment. It is generally stored in cold storage, cold storage, hail, and basement. In a good place, seedlings can be stored for about 6 months. The storage of seedlings creates conditions for the long-term supply of seedlings.
