How to get rid of the dilemma of technology?

And relatively speaking, the acquisition of foreign machine tool companies is much lower than the pure technology introduction.

Although the terms of the core technology ban on output will not change due to changes in corporate ownership, technology will not be automatically acquired through mergers and acquisitions. However, as it became a business of its own, the learning environment that brought about a zero distance was unimaginable in the original joint venture model.
