We hereby inform you that the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC will take effect on December 29, 2009 and that the original Directive 98/37/EC will expire.
After December 28, 2009, CE certificates issued under Machinery Directive 98/37/EC will no longer be available.
We recommend that you apply to update your reports and certificates to meet the requirements of the new Machinery Directive.
