Flammulina velutipes and its control

   1. Miscellaneous bacteria that are prone to mycelial growth

   1 Penicillium: Penicillium is the most susceptible filamentous fungus. The development temperature is 30 °C -35 °C, but it grows well at around 20 °C. When Penicillium begins to spread, it is similar to the hyphae, and it grows cyan spores as it matures.

   2 Aspergillus: Aspergillus began to multiply when it was white hyphae. After ripening, it was yellow-green spores. The developmental temperature was about 30 °C. The cultivation room is near the compost, or has been released, or the koji plant nearby is susceptible to Aspergillus. Once Aspergillus occurs, the bacteria will be contaminated and completely destroyed.

   3 Mucor: similar to Aspergillus, strong fertility. Spread inside the medium to produce white or gray-black spider silk-like hyphae, producing black spores, and developing at a suitable temperature of about 35 °C.

   4 Mucor: Like the Mucor, the fertility is strong. Developed at high temperatures.

2 , the bacteria growing on the mushroom body

   1 Penicillium: Penicillium of Flammulina velutipes is invaded by sputum. If penicillin occurs, it should be dug immediately and burned. Perform indoor disinfection. The disinfectant is a 2% copper sulfate solution or a 500- fold dilution of mercury.

   2 rot: easy to occur when the temperature is high. At the beginning of the breeding, white turbid water droplets ooze out on the surface of the culture material, sometimes filling the bottle mouth. The main reason is that the culture material has too much moisture. After root rot occurs, it should be dug out and burned. When the hand touches the root rot, it must be disinfected.

   3 black spot: black brown spots on the mushroom cover. Most do not affect the yield, but the price is reduced due to the darkening of the cap. Spraying directly on the cap with cold water is prone to this disease.

   3. Measures to prevent the occurrence of bacteria

   The addition of lime to the culture material not only prevents the occurrence of bacteria, but also promotes the development of the mushroom. Lime is preferably slaked lime, and the amount added is 2% of the amount of the culture material . The method of addition can be first mixed with rice bran or added to water and mixed.

4 , prevention and treatment of bacterial brown spot

   Bacterial brown spot disease is one of the main diseases of Flammulina velutipes, which has a great impact on production. After the fruiting body is infected, the light is spotted, it is not suitable for canning, and the heavy ones become black and rot, losing the edible value.

   Control measures: use the disease-resistant Flammulina velutipes varieties; reasonably regulate the temperature and humidity of the mushroom house, the mushroom house temperature should be controlled below 15 °C during the mushrooming period , reasonably arrange the cultivation season; timely control pests, especially insects sucking mouthparts; In the initial stage, bleaching powder or bleaching powder can be sprayed with water (the solution contains 1%-1.5% of available chlorine ).
