Four factors of floor price increase

The chain reaction caused by the soaring price of wood is far more than the increase in the prices of consumer goods such as terminal floors.

2. Decline in demand: The national real estate market regulates and controls, reduces trading volume in a short period of time, affects the real estate market, and affects related floor needs.

3. Difficulties in raising prices: China's flooring market is heavily homogenized, allowing downstream customers to easily replace products and inhibiting floor manufacturers, especially SMEs without product advantages, to control the price of their products.
