The error produced by regular manufacturers is generally less than the national standard. Such as: Dongpeng's internal control standards are: polished tiles (excellent products) is ± 0.12%; color glazed tiles (excellent products) is ± 0.25%, glazed interior wall tiles (excellent) is +0.3% -0.1%. The national standard is expressed as a percentage. When used normally, it must be converted into (mm) units. The conversion method is: side length × deformation standard (%) × 100% = deformation value of the product. Take the polished tile 800 specification as an example: 800×(±0.12%)×100%=deformation value.

The simple on-site inspection method for tile products is:

1. Place four or more products in the same direction as the bottom mark (pattern) on a flat sandy surface, reserve an expansion gap, and see if the four sides of the junction are flat and there is no obvious “kick-off” phenomenon.

2, with a ruler greater than or equal to the length of the brick side, placed directly 5 mm away from the edge of the brick, with an appropriate feeler, from the large value to a small value, into the gap between the ruler and the brick surface, The deformation value is the deformation value of the product.

3. It is not correct to place two products face to face to observe and measure the flatness; it is not correct to use the eye to visually measure, or use two bricks to rotate on the flat ground or the table. The commonly used detection method is to use a ruler to detect.

4, simple test method of deformation of the tiles: two people by hand will be two pieces of deformed tiles, with brick edge butt brick to see if it is flush. If there is a large difference in the deformation of the two bricks, use 1 method to test, if you want to know whether the product's deformation value exceeds the standard, then use 2 methods to detect.

5. According to the requirements of different types of products, it is necessary to reserve gaps when trying out products. In particular, the characteristics of products such as antique tiles, elegant sandstone, and natural surfaces determine that a gap of 5-15 mm must be reserved when paving.
