Cold water machine refrigeration system installation process and precautions
In the chiller refrigeration system, the design and installation of the return line of the refrigeration system is particularly important. It not only sends the Freon gas to the compressor, but also brings the oil in the evaporator back to the crankcase by the flow rate of the flowing gas in the tube. Only proper piping can ensure a good oil balance in the system. The installer must ensure that the oil is returned to the compressor crankcase under all conditions. Therefore, attention should be paid to the method and special precautions for the installation of the chiller refrigeration system.
1. Ensure that the pressure drop does not exceed the allowable limit.
2. Ensure that the return air pipe, especially the riser riser, should ensure the necessary oil speed, generally 8m/s.
3. Prevent the non-evaporated liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor. The system with a large load change (evaporation temperature below -40 °C) should be equipped with a vapor-liquid separator.
4. All horizontal suction pipes should be inclined to the compressor with a slope of three thousandths to facilitate oil return.
5. The piping should not be placed too close to the compressor.
6. The refrigeration high pressure pipeline should be as simple and short as possible to avoid pits on the pipeline, which will accumulate oil.
7. It is recommended that the suction pipe be insulated to limit the superheat of the inhalation.
8. If the suction pipe is not insulated or there may be condensation, the condensation water should not flow to any electrical parts, such as the junction box of the compressor.
9. The piping should be securely fixed, especially through holes or bends. Avoid collision and friction of the pipe with sharp, hard objects.
