The device first forms a mist and then forms a film, expanding the contact area in vacuum to a few hundred times that in the original. The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser and then cooled again into the cooler. The condensed water is discharged into the water storage container, and the condensed and dehumidified gas is discharged into the air by a vacuum pump.

(a) Operation steps
1. Before turning on the oil filter, set the vacuum and control temperature. According to the different location of the location, the degree of vacuum of the electric contact vacuum gauge is set between -0.07~0.09Mpa. The temperature of the temperature controller is generally set at 45~65°C.
2. Open the valve on the intake pipe of the vacuum pump and start the vacuum pump. Observe the increase in vacuum.
3. When the vacuum degree reaches the set vacuum degree, the electrical contact is turned on; the fuel inlet solenoid valve is automatically opened, that is, the oil is started, and the heater is put into use. (Note: The use of the heater is controlled by the temperature controller and bidirectional control of the inlet solenoid valve, that is, the heater must be used when both conditions are satisfied.)
4. When the oil enters the vacuum tank and the oil level reaches the lower limit height of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level meter, the internal relay contact of the infrared oil level automatic controller is turned on, and the oil outlet solenoid valve is automatically opened and the oil pump is simultaneously turned on. Automatically start, the oil outlet starts to output oil; if the oil level exceeds the upper limit of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level gauge, the inlet solenoid valve will automatically close and stop the oil inlet, thus avoiding the vacuum tank running oil; if oil When the level is lower than the lower limit height of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level gauge, the oil pump will automatically stop the oil discharge. This ensures that the entire oil filter process is automatically controlled.

When the oil treatment is completed or needs to stop running halfway:
1. Turn the heater temperature controller knob to "0" to stop heating.

3. Turn off the vacuum pump power supply. After the vacuum pump stops running, open the exhaust valve to release the vacuum.
4. Press the oil pump button again to drain the remaining oil in the vacuum tank and close the oil pump.
5. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to stop the oil filter; if you want to restart, you must turn the emergency stop button clockwise to open all the control buttons.
6. Open the lower valve of the cooler and let go of the residual oil or water in the cooler. After the release, close the valve to use it for the next time.

Live work
The first is preparation:
1. Firstly prepare qualified oil with transformer loading capacity of 5 to 6% next to the oil filter;
2. The outlet valve at the bottom of the transformer should be matched with the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter. If it is not fitted, it should be taken off and re-welded with an oil outlet pipe;
3, the oil filter should be fitted with vacuum tank oil standard tube 1/2 qualified oil (pressure value ≥ 50KV);
4. Open the transformer's oil pillow cover, insert the oil filter of the oil filter into the oil level on the oil pillow, and immediately seal the oil pillow with a clean filter paper or film;
5. Insert the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter into the oil barrel prepared for qualified oil;
6. Open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer and let go of the transformer's 3 to 5% oil (the 3 to 5% oil is mainly impurities and water, which should be placed separately);
7. At the same time as step 6, the oil filter should be marked with a high vacuum (not lower than -0.09 MPa), and then the oil level of the transformer oil pillow should be supplemented;
8, when the bottom of the transformer drain valve to release 3 ~ 5% of the "waste oil", the oil filter inlet pipe connected to the discharge valve;

Transformer oil filter maintenance method
(A) Check the equipment after it has been running for a period of time
1. Is the electrical control system safe and reliable?
2. Is the temperature controller sensitive, reliable, and accurate?
