Metal and metal-based compound layered functional materials are widely used in power, petrochemical, desalination, marine engineering, shipbuilding, aerospace and other industries. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the new material technology field of the 863 Plan supported the theme project “Research and Application of Functional Materials for Layer Structure of Metals and Metal-based Compounds”. Recently, the High-tech Division of the Ministry of Science and Technology organized an expert review of the subject project in Beijing.
The project focused on the key technologies for the preparation and industrialization of functional materials of metal and metal hydroxide-based layered structures, and developed key technologies for clean production of advanced composite materials with metal hydroxide-based layered structures, breaking through the high-voltage intercalation layer assembly. Technology and other series of common key technologies have formed a clean production program for the preparation of inorganic materials using the principle of heterogeneous nucleation. Intercalated assembly has obtained flame retardant smoke suppressants, VC heat stabilizers and infrared absorption materials; at the same time, mirror stainless steel single-sided The key technologies of the multi-layered nickel material industry have broken through key technologies such as micro/nano-structured multi-layered nickel surface composite technology, forming a new composite process of electrodeposited multilayer film-heat treatment-cold-processing metal strip surface and development of mirror stainless steel Single-sided coating of multi-layered nickel materials, an advanced composite material demonstration device for metal hydroxide-based layered structures, and a continuous electrodeposited demonstration line for stainless steel single-sided overlying multilayer nickel materials. The implementation of the project is of great significance for promoting the energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development of China's material industry.
During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, in order to further promote the scientific and technological innovation and industrialization development in the field of materials in China, the Ministry of Science and Technology formulated the “Special Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” Material Sector” and listed “advanced structure and composite materials” as development. One of the key points is to lay out the direction of metal-based and ceramic-based composite materials, and strive to solve major scientific problems in material design and structure control, break through key common technologies in the preparation and application of structures and composite materials, and improve the supportability of advanced structural materials. And international competitiveness.
