Requirements for air pressure: The design pressure of common pneumatic glue guns on the market is 10 bar (approximately 10 kgf / cm2, commonly known as 10 kg). The pressure of the general factory air source is 6-8 kg. 8 kg can work normally. If the air pressure of the air source is too low, it may affect the normal operation of the pneumatic glue gun (such as slow glue application, or even no glue, etc.). The air consumption of a single pneumatic glue gun is not large. If there is no compressed air source, it can be equipped with a small air compressor (commonly known as an air pump) to work.

2) The glue gun is not cleaned, the glue solidifies the channel, at this time, the channel must be cleared.
3) The viscosity of the glue is not suitable. If the viscosity is too large, the resistance will increase, and the glue will not be continuous or the glue will not come out. Therefore, choose the glue that meets the requirements.

1) Air leakage at the air inlet: the air pump and the air inlet of the glue gun are not sufficiently sealed. You can choose to change the joint or connect the air pipe to the air inlet of the glue gun and fix it with iron wire.
2) Air leakage from the gun body: the Screw can be removed, reinstalled, and the screw tightened. Or seal with glass glue, serious air leakage, please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.
3) Air leakage at the front of the barrel: the glue is too long, which prevents the front cover from being tightened. Or the front cover itself is screwed in place.
4) Air leakage at the rear of the gun: The sealing ring is damaged, or the rear silencer is damaged. Please contact the supplier for replacement.
2. Electric glue gun
1) Air leakage from the gun body: the screw can be removed, reinstalled, and the screw tightened. Or seal with glass glue, serious air leakage, please contact the supplier to replace the gun body.
2) Air leakage at the front of the barrel: the glue is too long, which prevents the front cover from being tightened. Or the front cover itself is screwed in place.
3) Air leakage at the rear of the gun: The sealing ring is damaged, or the rear silencer is damaged. Please contact the supplier for replacement.
