 This product is an internal doped ( DCI ) composite amino alcohol organic rust inhibitor. It is composed of many different types of alcohol amine organic compounds and inorganic components with specific rust inhibiting effect. It does not contain nitrite. After adding this product to concrete, different components of the rust inhibitor can form an adsorption film, a precipitation film and an oxide film on the surface of the steel bar, thereby blocking the contact of harmful substances with the surface of the steel bar, preventing or delaying the occurrence of rust; This product has a certain water reducing effect, can effectively improve the performance of concrete mix and improve the impermeability of concrete, reduce the diffusion rate of dissolved oxygen and the diffusion coefficient of chloride ions. The combination of the two ultimately achieves the purpose of improving the durability of the concrete structure and prolonging the service life of the concrete structure.
Scope of application
* Hydraulic engineering (dams, bridges, tunnels, etc.), offshore structures (guards, wharfs, etc.), underground facilities (metro, underground parking), building foundations, and reinforcement and repair of concrete structures.
