Chemical corrosion of mold cavity inclination

A magnetic field forming mold for manufacturing a permanent magnet element is usually made of a high-strength austenitic non-magnetic steel to form a negative mold. An inclination of 1:200 to 250 is required around the inner wall of the cavity. Since the cavity has a deformed shape, it is difficult to use mechanical processing, and when it is manually processed, not only the production efficiency is low, but also it is difficult to achieve uniform inclination.
