CMC Liquid for Oil Drilling Applications

Liquid CMC is a nionic, ultrahigh molecular weight THICKNER suspended in a homogenous, hydrocarbon-free, biodegradable, environmentally safe solution. Liquid CMC is used to impart highly shear-thinning rheological properties and suspension in a wide variety of water base fluids. Liquid CMC will exhibit superior shelf life and rapid yield.

APPLICATION
Liquid CMC is designed for use under poor agitation conditions. This product can be used alone or with other viscosifying agents. Liquid CMC gives water base fluids viscosity without allowing formation damage. Liquid CMC may be used to viscosify fresh water, sea water, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and other brines.
Package
The product is usually kept in plastic drums, with each net weight 20KG; Special packages are available based on customers' requirements.
 
STORAGE
The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse with environment temperature controlled within 122F and relative humidity 50%. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.
 
SAFETY
Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete handling and hazard data.
