Vargus, a specialist manufacturer of thread cutters, has introduced the MICROSCOPE series of single-head solid carbide tools in its well-known MINIPRO threading product line. This new tool has the advantage of precision boring, threading and grooving in precision small holes (up to 1.0mm). The MICROSOPE series of tools use TiCN coated high-abrasion material grade VBX, which can be used for both high-speed cutting and low-speed cutting. Vargus continues to perform at a high level. 1. Thread processing: It can process ISO, UN, Wyeth, NPT, 60° range, 55° range and other threads;
2. Boring: Straight hole boring tool and contour hole boring tool designed with new geometric angle can better chip breaking and chip removal (the deepest profile cutting is 1.75mm);
3. Grooving: straight groove cutting width 1~2mm, corresponding maximum depth 0.8~2mm; arc groove cutting arc has R0.5~R1 various specifications; end groove cutting depth 2~6mm various specifications;

As a new product line for the MINIPRO threading product line (MINI, POWRBORE and double-headed MICRO), MICROSCOPE also uses fast and reliable card loading. It consists of a locking screw and a bevel positioning device for determining the exact axial and radial dimensions of the tool to achieve a very accurate tool mounting angle and high repeatability. Through two water jets that communicate with the central cooling holes, MICROSCOPE is able to provide sufficient cooling of the tool tip and smoothly punch out the chips. Through these innovative designs, MICROSCOPE has greatly improved the processing capabilities of precision small holes.
