Improper use of the cone is one of the main causes of spindle fracture. For example, in order to achieve the required discharge fineness, the discharge opening is continuously tightened, and the unbreakable material enters the crushing chamber, causing a clear impact on the spindle, resulting in a cone-breaking spindle. The break is stuck.
On the other hand, when the cone is broken for a long period of time, although there is an overload protection device, the damage to the equipment cannot be completely avoided, and the spindle is prone to breakage and the device is stuck.
The moving cone and the adjustment sleeve are stuck
When the cone breaks the load, the lock sleeve will rotate according to the pressure loss caused by the hydraulic station. If the operator does not find and handle it in time, it will cause the adjustment sleeve to die, which will cause the cone to stop.
The cause of the adjustment sleeve jam may be poor thread lubrication, adjustment of the cap seal or dust cover seal wear, adjustment sleeve and support sleeve thread scratches, or cone breakage for a long time overload work.

Reduce the looseness of the liner
Loose lining can cause relative motion between the lining and the cone body, which increases wear. Improve the stress state of the lining. Controlling the granularity of incoming material
During the operation of the cone breaking, it should be noted that the materials in the equipment must meet the crushing requirements. It is strictly forbidden to be too hard, too high in moisture or other non-crushed materials to enter the crushing chamber, otherwise the cone-breaking material and the liner will be seriously worn. malfunction.
Uniform feeding
If the feed amount of the cone is not adjusted in time, the ore will directly collide with the lining, causing the wear of the lining to be intensified. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the ore enters the crushing chamber uniformly and continuously.
Do not overload equipment
If the cone is broken for a long period of time, the liner will be overloaded for a long time. Prevent equipment from rising too high
If the operating temperature of the cone is high, the liner will be plastically deformed under the impact and grinding of the material. Ensure that the equipment is well sealed
The design of the seal structure is related to the effect of the seal and the life of the seal. The sealing effect of the 0-ring seal depends on the correct size of the mounting groove. The sealing ring installation groove is too deep, the compression amount of the sealing ring is not enough, and the sealing effect is not obtained. Therefore, the sealing structure should be reasonably designed and processed to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing device is good.
Install the sealing ring correctly to ensure that the equipment is well sealed. Do not install the seal with an angled tool to prevent scratching the seal and avoid stretching it to a permanently deformed position. Lubricate the seal ring properly for installation.
Inspection in production
Regularly check whether the filter is clogged or damaged, and replace the oil circuit that has been kinked to ensure the smoothness of the return line. At the same time, attention should be paid to cleaning the ventilating cover on the side of the conical drive shaft frame, and purging the long core hole of the ventilating cover on the drive shaft frame with compressed air.
