From January to June, the cumulative production of thin-gauge products of 3.0 mm or less was 494,000 tons, which was an increase of 74 million yuan compared with the general specifications.

The production of thin-gauge products is one of the major trends in the steel industry. For this reason, the company overcomes the disadvantages of high rolling strength, high rolling force caused by vanadium containing steel plates, and difficulty in rolling thin specifications such as CSP for process equipment. In a relatively short period of time, the company has succeeded in finding a set that includes accurate adjustment of heating. Furnace temperature, rolling line water control, and seam control between rolling mills, etc. In the steelmaking system, strict refinement is adopted to minimize slag inclusion in the steel slab. In the temperature control of the rolling system, the leakage phenomenon is avoided and the local temperature drop caused by pouring steel is avoided. The temperature of the same slab in the heating furnace is strictly controlled within 20 degrees Celsius. The precision adjustment of the equipment requires the completion of the finishing roll to ensure adequate water cooling and air cooling time to ensure grinding accuracy; to ensure clearance control in the rough and finish rolling processes; to optimize the load, tension and cooling water plan to ensure the overall stability of rolling. At the same time, Chenggang has improved the staff's meticulous and technical skills through training of operational personnel.

It is reported that the company has a batch production capacity of more than 10 varieties of Q235, Q345, SPHC, SAE1006, SAE1008, A36, S235JR, etc., which are less than or equal to 3.0 mm, which has created better economic benefits for the company.
