1) Production process of safety shoe opening:

1. Improper handling of the upper: improper use of the treatment agent and glue, different cortices need to be tested with treatment agents and glue,

2. Improper bottom treatment: the treatment agent treatment and the glue treatment are not in place, and the bottom grinding is not in place;

4. Pressing: If it is cold-bonded, after the surface is attached, it must ensure sufficient pressure and pressing time.

2) Personal use of safety shoes:

1. There is no proper maintenance;

2. Do not touch the rain for a long time, and do not wash it in the water for a long time;

3. The labor insurance shoe glue is easy to open the glue, it is not easy to be exposed to the sun or it is in contact with the heat source;

4. It is not easy to contact chemicals for a long time (unless specially produced acid and alkali resistant shoes);

5. Newly purchased labor insurance shoes should not be used for a long time.

1. 2. Regularly carry out safety shoes maintenance, cleaning and oiling to keep the leather soft and moist.

3. Pay attention to the cleaning method. Do not soak for a long time. The soaking time should not exceed 2 hours.

4. After cleaning, the safety shoes should not be dried quickly. Keep away from fire sources. Do not use heating or open flame to dry, which may cause the safety shoes to age and open.

5. If you do not wear for a long time, you should first clean the safety shoes and store them in a cool place to avoid mildew. The inside of the shoe is preferably held up with a filler to avoid deformation.
