1, the total control station (background)

It consists of a monitoring station, an engineering maintenance station, a system interface, etc., and uses the management analysis software to process the received data and publish it via the Web. The project maintenance personnel can log in to the server to view the running status of all online devices in the entire plant, as well as complete historical and real-time data analysis statistics.

2. Field Device Control Station (ES)

Depending on the needs of the field device, you can select the monitoring function meter or the device operating status information color collector (EII). The EII communicates with the smart meter such as the energy meter, the battery collection module, the DC screen, and the UPS through the RS-232/485 port, converts the monitoring data into a data packet conforming to the communication protocol, accesses the local area network, and transmits to the main control room server. An independent and complete ES includes the following sections.

2.1, system host. It consists of a downstream serial channel, a data processor, a display, and an upstream serial channel. The downlink serial channel accesses the battery voltage acquisition module through the RS-485 bus, collects data, manages the voltage acquisition module, and the data processor completes data decompression, data calculation, and storage management, and sends a part of the processed data to the display, and the other part is connected to the uplink serial port. The channel is sent to the protocol processor or passed to the upper management system.

2.2, data acquisition module group. According to the needs of users, the data acquisition requirements and configuration of the corresponding acquisition instruments can be determined. Generally, the battery voltage acquisition module, current, temperature, power, etc. are composed, the modules are well isolated, the insulation is strong, and the reliability and safety are high. Data acquisition can be grouped. Each module can collect voltage for a certain number of batteries. It can be equipped with current and temperature sensors. The modules are connected to the system host by RS-485.

2.3, the protocol processor. An interface board with protocol handlers that handle various communication protocols. It can be realized: (1) The battery voltage, current, temperature and other information sent by the host are encoded, packaged and sent to the remote server according to the agreed protocol; 2 the remote control and remote adjustment commands sent by the remote server are decoded and sent to the host for real-time control.

2.4, discharge module. It can quickly measure the DC internal resistance of the battery and instantly test the battery performance. The high-power discharge module can provide instantaneous high-current impact load.

2.5, remote server. Realize computer data communication in the local area network, remotely access the battery monitoring system on site by local office, receive and analyze data, and publish data through the web server.

3, communication network

Each sub-station (acquisition monitoring station) of the networked field device uses optical fiber as the main line of data communication to form a local area network for the whole plant UPS and DC power supply online monitoring.
