Application of CimatronE 5-axis interference inspection in impeller machining

This example demonstrates the application of the tilting tool strategy of the CimatronE advanced five-axis five-axis interference check in impeller machining.

1, the basic program

Process the impeller as shown below:

Go to “5X Aviation Milling Control Panel” and select “Parallel to Surface Milling” for “Process Type” in “Surface Path”.

Pick the "Drive Surface" and "Boundary Surface" as shown below:

In the 5X Aviation Milling Control Panel, set the “Tool Axis” and “Reling Relative Cutting Direction” on the “Tool Axis Control” page and the related parameters are as follows:
